The artwork in the Sicilian culture

By the Governance of Sicilian Artisan Foundation

U puppu (octopus in Italian) is a characteristic inhabitant of the Mediterranean Sea and very appreciated in Sicilian cuisine (its seafood salad is popular). It is, in some way, a symbol of Sicilianity being often present in different representations, tales, myths.
