Description by the artist
A village in Sicily, a few houses, a church, a cart “parked” waiting for who knows who or what, a dog that rests and looks at us. Images of another past time? Maybe not, to bring us back to the reality of today is the graffiti on the wall, perhaps created by someone in love, but at a closer look even other small details “betrayal” the contemporaneity, such as pipes and wires running on the walls. Canvas on wooden frame. Acrylic painting on canvas depicting a view of a village with a Sicilian cart.
