The artwork in the Sicilian culture

By the Governance of Sicilian Artisan Foundation

This horse can only be Sicilian! It is typically dressed for a feast. It has the giummi (Sicilian for Pompon), it is very colorful, it also has the symbol of Sicily, the Trinacria (a female head from which three legs start and with hair made of ears of corn), on its head. It can also be seen a part of a Sicilian cart, another great symbol of Sicilian popular culture.
